What do we mean? NBS carries 3 lines of “upgraded” Flange machine screws, namely Trim Heads. Trim Heads are a better choice because:
- The Trim Heads we bring have consistent quality from batch to batch.
- Our Trim Heads stay clean. Because they don’t have an indentation in the head, they don’t accumulate dust and debris.
- They have a better fit and grip with tooling. Because the straight lines across flats and across corners are perfectly parallel, wrenches and tooling have more surface areas of contact and won’t slip.
- They upgrade the look of any machine or application.
NBS carries Trim Head Flange machine screws in the following grades and sizes:
- Grade 5 Flange machine screws
From 1/4-20 x 3/8” to 5/8-11 x 2-1/2”
- Grade 5 Large Flange machine screws
From 1/4-20 x 1/2" to 3/8-16 x 1”
- Grade 8 Flange machine screws
From 1/4-20 x 1/2" to 3/8-16 x 2”
